- This assignment will engage a qualified consulting firm to support the International Finance Corporation (IFC), in collaboration with Somalia-s National Communications Authority (NCA), to develop compelling investment attraction and investment generation materials for Somalia-s broadband sector. The firm will conduct targeted sector research and stakeholder consultations to articulate a clear, investor-relevant investment proposition, highlighting market fundamentals, recent regulatory reforms, and priority opportunities across broadband infrastructure (including backbone and access networks and related enabling infrastructure). Key outputs will include professional investor engagement materials (e.g., pitch deck and supporting visual/infographic content) and a concise, actionable investment generation roadmap that identifies target investor groups, prioritizes outreach actions, and proposes engagement channels and sequencing to guide medium-term investment mobilization efforts. The consultancy is expected to be completed within two (2) months from contract signing.
